Detailed Home Inspection

This is the most common type of inspection for a residential real estate transaction.  I am proud to perform very thorough and highly detailed residential home inspections based upon the InterNACHI Standard Operating Procedures.  The image below depicts what is inspected during a typical residential inspection. Highly experienced inspectors will often go outside this scope when necessary.
