My drone allows me to inspect those hard-to-reach places.I always prefer to be as physically close to items I am inspecting as possible, and get my hands on anything I can in order to best evaluate the conditions. However, this is not always possible.
I use a professional drone to mitigate safety risks and to allow me to make a complete visual inspection of otherwise inaccessible areas. The drone allows me to get full coverage of the roof from the ground, and provides me with very high resolution images that can be reviewed any time. Because of their mobility, drones have the advantage of being able to access all areas of both the roof and the upper exterior sections of a house that binoculars and tripods cannot. I capture super high resolution images, up to 48MP, as well as HD video, up to 4k if needed. I also always make sure to include aerial images of the house and property, as well as the surrounding area (where allowed). My clients also enjoy having aerial images of their new home or business. They make great gifts, or framed decorations for inside the home. They can also reveal important information about surrounding structures, trees, power lines, easements, and other geo-features not visible from ground level. |
